The Rampage Door System™ is an innovative, patent‑pending shed door that doubles as a ramp, making it easy to roll equipment directly in and out—no hauling heavy ramps around or storing bulky extras. It features a spring-assisted, counter-balanced drop-down design that’s rated to support up to 1,500 lb and folds down smoothly when needed and tucks up neatly when not in use . Constructed from heavy-duty steel hardware, solid wood (often LP® SmartSide®), and foam insulation, it ensures durability, easy operation—even for kids—and an attractive, maintenance-free look. Ideal for rolling mowers, ATVs, or other gear straight into your storage building with minimal effort.

Door Ramps

Our ramps are built for strength, durability, and ease of use. Each one is constructed from pressure-treated pine using three 2x8 boards, securely bonded together and reinforced with a cross brace underneath for added stability.

To protect the ramp and extend its lifespan, the end that contacts the ground is capped with a piece of aluminum. This barrier helps shield the wood from ground moisture, preserving the lumber for years of dependable use.

Each ramp connects to the building via a user-friendly aluminum track system:
A bent aluminum groove is integrated into the diamond-plated threshold of the building.

The ramp includes a slotted aluminum plate that slides easily into this groove.
This design allows the ramp to be quickly added, removed, or adjusted side-to-side—no tools required.

The standard ramp length is 4 feet, which suits most installations. However, a 6-foot ramp is available for buildings that must be blocked higher during leveling.

The extended length provides a gentler slope, helping prevent lawn mower decks or vehicle undercarriages from scraping the threshold during entry or exit.

If your building will be placed on sloped or uneven ground where the ramp side sits higher, we recommend upgrading to the 6' ramp to better protect your equipment and stored items.

Open-Cell Spray Foam Insulation expands on contact to fill cracks, gaps, and hard-to-reach areas, creating an effective thermal and air barrier in one step. With an R-value of approximately R-13 to R-14 at 3½", it performs similarly to fiberglass in terms of insulation but dramatically outperforms it in air sealing. This helps keep your space more comfortable year-round and can improve energy efficiency—especially important if you plan to heat or cool your building.

Additionally, open-cell foam offers added benefits like sound dampening and resistance to mold and pests. While it’s more expensive upfront than fiberglass, it’s a smart long-term investment for those who value efficiency, comfort, and peace of mind.

Fiberglass Insulation is a cost-effective and widely used solution for basic thermal protection in sheds, cabins, and portable buildings. Made from fine glass fibers, it’s typically installed in batts or rolls between framing cavities. One of its key advantages is affordability—it provides a decent R-value (typically R-13 in 2x4 walls) at a lower upfront cost. It also allows for relatively quick installation, making it a practical option for budget-conscious buyers looking to reduce indoor temperature swings.

However, fiberglass does have its limitations. It doesn’t create an air seal, so small gaps or leaks in your structure can allow for drafts or moisture infiltration. It may also lose effectiveness over time if it becomes compressed or wet.
