Delivery and Setup

Will It Fit?

Before we hit the road, double-check your gate opening and access path. We want a smooth ride all the way in. If you’re ordering a wider building, make sure there’s enough clearance from fences, trees, or tight turns.

Keep Pets Safe!

Please make sure your pets are secure at the time of delivery so our crew can work safely and efficiently.  We will be in and out before they know it.

GPS Isn’t Perfect.

Our drivers use mapping apps to find you, but sometimes even technology needs a hand. If possible, please send a pin from Google Maps for pinpoint accuracy.

Trim It Up!

Low-hanging branches (under 14’ height) can be a hazard during delivery.  A little limb pruning will minimize the obstacles and help avoid damage to your trees and to the building.

Weather Watch.

Delivery is contingent on fair weather and dry ground.  If conditions are too wet, the delivery will be rescheduled once the ground dries out at a time that is agreeable with you.

The Cardinal Mule

The right tool for the job

When access is limited, the Cardinal Mule makes all the difference. It’s specifically designed to deliver sheds into tight spaces where a truck and trailer just won’t fit—whether that means maneuvering through narrow gates, under overhangs, or around trees and landscaping.

It also helps protect your property. On softer ground or less-than-ideal terrain, the Mule minimizes ruts and damage by distributing weight more efficiently than traditional delivery methods. It’s a smart solution that ensures a smoother setup with less stress on your yard.
